| About the Branch
The Capital Branch was established on October 1, 1997. The boundaries include all the Counties of Sacramento, Yolo, El Dorado, Sierra, Plumas, those portions of Nevada and Placer Counties which are east of crest of the Sierra Nevada mountains, and the incorporated areas of Roseville and Rocklin.

Monthly Luncheon The Capital Branch puts on a monthly luncheon where members and guests can network and learn about a local civil engineering project or topic. Each month the luncheons are held at Sofia Restaurant , 815 11th St, Sacramento (located at the corner of 11th and H Streets - FREE parking onsite). Lunch starts promptly at noon so show up early!
February 23rd - Scheduled Speaker: Rob Wallace, Executive Director of The Concrete Promotion Council of Northern California. Mr. Wallace will be sharing his experience with pervious concrete construction methods and success meeting stormwater/cleanwater goals.

Officers Meeting The Capital Branch Officers meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 5:30 pm. Branch members are invited to attend. Location varies - check the Events Calendar for details regarding the location.
