The Feather River Branch completed the year with their final meeting this past May. The meeting included a tour of the Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, focusing on their impressive environmental and energy generating programs. Following the tour, elections for the board members was held.

The 2008/2009 board includes Shane Cummings, President; Amie Steel, Vice President; Tammie Watkins, Secretary; and Wesley Gilbert, Treasurer. Russ Erickson will be serving as Past President following two years of dedicated and productive service as the Branch President.

The Feather River Branch has adjourned for the summer, and will begin the new physical year in September. Reservations for presentations at the monthly meetings are being taken.
